Cyclones take on Notre Dame in an exhibition tomorrow at 11 a.m. It's the first of two exhibitions as they'll also take on Northern Illinois at home on the 15th. Should be quite a match. Notre Dame finished 14-6-2 last season and made it to the 3rd round of the NCAAs.
Notre Dame had two players named to TopDrawerSoccer.com's preseason Best XI squads: Cari Roccaro (first team) & Katie Naughton (third team). Roccaro is also on the preseason MAC Hermann Trophy watch list. The NSCAA's rankings have the Irish at No. 9 in their preseason rankings. The Cyclones will face four other teams in the preseason rankings during the regular season.
