Anyone saying Campbell or Pollard should be fired are idiots. Unless there is proof out there that they knew and let it continue or are involved in some way, they have nothing to do with it. How would they know what these guys were doing.

Strongly feel we’re better long-term for not having Dekkers at QB this year…and perhaps already this year. He certainly has physical gifts, but he’s lacking in all the things that made Brock so great.

There are things that happen within a program that a coach has to know about.
This isn't one of them.
There are things that happen that a coach doesn't know about but are so egregious he still needs to be held accountable.

The coaches all know how much the "no gambling" approach is hammered into the players and staff members...they know everyone is very aware of the fact that it is wrong to do so.
This is one of those transgressions where those placing the bets have to take all the blame and responsibility.
Not really the kind of player you want leading your team if he's doing stuff like this. Hopefully Rocco is ready to take over.

t’s going to be a painful week hearing all the idiot fans from other schools and media that try to sound smarter than they are and try to out hot take each other. For most of us this is a relief, we knew this day was coming and now we can move on. Get rid and/or penalize the guilty parties accordingly because they were in the wrong period and let’s get to the damn season. We didn’t lose an all big 12 qb by any means, next man up no excuses.
Surely this is happening in other states too but it's not being investigated.
