Just saw this pic on Facebook with the caption, "Welcome to Ames Jay Borschel!" Is he just in town to work out or is there more to it? I had nothing but respect for that kid as a competitor and always thought he'd be a great addition to a coaching staff.

One of my favorite wrestlers ever. He is very technical and a free thinker with a different mindset then most wrestlers.

Don’t know if he’s in the room for a short time or longer, but it’s good either way. Hope he’s working with Coleman.

I would hope he's rolling with Colbray honestly. Might be a slight undersized but we need Sammy pushed on all fronts. 197 is the least loaded weight this year and we could really use all the points he can grab.

I really hope he is joining in some capacity. Coleman typically rolls with Metcalf from my understanding.

I have no idea why he is in the room, but great to see the ISU clothes on him!!! He was one of the guys that wasn't coaching when this staff was put together that I had hoped would be considered. I think he is very intelligent and would make an excellent coach. Thought that since he left NW.

I would love him to be a part of the program some how. Guess we'll find out sometime soon maybe.

He tweeted that right after Hunter Dejong’s commitment

That’s my guess for that tweet. Even though having JayBo joining the program would be amazing too
Tyler Buesgens of Minnesota committed as well. Just saw his twitter. I think he took 3rd last year at state and had a good summer in FRECO. Might be a late bloomer. I assume he'd be 184 or 197.
