England is a stupid place anyway. Didn't even want to go there.

I’m always in europe the last two weeks of July, first week of august, and I hate it that it’s still off season. I eventually need to get to a game at the emirates since I’m a huge arsenal fan but I’m never over there when the season kicks off.

You and I are sworn enemies... Or we would be if Chelsea's biggest rival wasn't its own ability to mag dump into its own foot.

I think I could spend over a billion dollars better on players. :)
Naw, instead lets just spend a billion dollars on over spending for mediocre talent.

My sports life is pain and suffering. I must have been awful to small animals in a previous life.

Some of my sons saw them in MetLife last summer. Looks like their US games this year are probably when you are in Europe.

Sorry if it's been mentioned, but direct flights from O'Hare to Dublin are between $500-$650 for dates in late August.

Coach, but that price is hard to beat for a direct flight.

Wow, that is really good. I think we will pull the trigger on the 3 day hotel/ticket package. I get that it is overpriced, but it is nice not to worry about the Dublin end and get to hang out with Cyclone fans. But we plan to stay a week and do London and Manchester/Liverpool for another 4-6 days and we will plan that ourselves via AirBnB. Was planning on flying into London, but this may change our minds.

ACC always has a Labor Day night game but smart of FSU to lock that in coming off a return from Dublin

Unfortunately if we delay our game vs. South Dakota a day or two after returning from Ireland, that just means a short week before the Cy-Hawk Game.

Schedule...would you rather have A or B?

-A- (current)
8/23 K-State (Ireland)
8/30 South Dakota
9/6 Iowa
9/13 at Arkansas State
9/20 or 9/27 conference play

-B-
8/23 K-State (Ireland)
8/30 open
9/6 Iowa
9/13 at Arkansas State
9/20 South Dakota
9/27 conference play
If you play week 0, I don't think there's anyway you play week one.

FSU and Georgia tech both are this year after playing in Ireland week 0

Notre Dame did last year but Navy had week 1 off

Nebraska played week 0 and week 1 in 2022 but NW had week 1 off

so seems to be team by team

FSU is not playing till labor day though. So there's 2 extra days.

We tend to under performed v. Lesser teams early so I personally wouldn't.

a FCS game late in the season would be a nice change of pace so maybe USD and ISU can work that out
