The article says he turned inconsistent kickers into all Big XII performers. Could be true. However, somebody/something turned special teams into something very inconsistent in 2018. I can't recall a similar number of blunders (blocked punts for touchdown, blocked field goal for touchdown, inexplicable fair catches, short punts etc.) Hope that gets fixed this coming season.
