accuweather has the liberty bowl a bit warmer and less chance of snow/ice at this point.

Weather.com on the other hand is predicting colder temps and more chances for ice/snow. Cold is relative compared to the upcoming trip to the in laws in Wisconsin with negative day time highs, but colder temps and wind in Memphis will still feel plenty cold!

We moved to the south 7 years ago, I never understood how 1-3 tinches of snow could cripple traffic until it was experienced a few times. What happens is the first bit is rain, sleet, freezimg rain, eventually that freezes and it snows on top. Traffic packs it all in and creates a very dangerous driving condition. Once you get south of St. Louis or Fayetteville , all bets are off int terms of snow/ice maintenance!
Safe travels. Excited to have the Cyclones in our back yard even if the weather is lousy. Take it slow, give yourself extra time and expect many busnesss to be closed if we do in have a snow/ice event. Fortunately, more often than not- these forecasts don't pan out and it stays just warm enough, hopefully that will be the case this time!
