First they have to prove the agent paid for the meal. If they can it is a minor infraction. I'm not sure but I don't think the ncaa can do anything about an agent giving money to parents as long as the agent isn't recruiting the kid to a ncaa school.

Does it say the Monte didn't pay for the meal? I didn't see it in the report but could have missed it.

Nope. In fact, it makes special mention of the fact that having dinner isn’t a problem.

Guys, this is bad. This is really bad. The only way we’re going to have even a small chance to survive this is if we at lest double the number of signs in the Hilton Bathrooms warning about what isn’t allowed to be given to players. Even with that extensive measure we could still be looking at the death penalty.

So there's corruption in college basketball? The AAU is on the straight and narrow. Parents aren't hired as coaches either.

I'm SHOCKED by all of this.
