I don't hear much in Bucky land about Ferentz but Fran and his program are known more for their behaviors than anything basketball related.

The odd thing is, on broadcast, I've heard some say how nice of a guy Pearl is, or likeable. But, that may just be those close to him and know him, versus what people suspect of him or have seen what he's gotten in trouble for.

I would agree with this but Beard did not do it long enough. He was another three years away from hitting Mt Rushmore status. He choked his girlfriend out way to early in the process. He could have waited a few years to do it and made the list. He got greedy and tried to cheat the system to make the list of most hateable way to early.
