As well they should. You just can't pass up a PG like that. Look how CP3 and Deron Williams has changed the game. When was the last time a PF was a game changer like Derrick Rose can be?
I started looking at past drafts on nbadraft.net. I forgot that the last time Chicago had the #1 overall pick they did take a PF. Elton Brand. At the time he was listed at 6'8" but he had a 7'5" wingspan!
I'm still at work and I'm hoping to get home in time for part of the draft. So does it look like Miami is going to take Beasley or Mayo?

Mayo looks like a clown in that suit with his sneakers on. He actually doens't looks like a completely different person in that suit than he does in a uniform.
Pat Riley: "The day the season was over, we went right to work to figure out who we wanted in the draft." That is BS. He didn't even wait until the last day of the season. he gave up on his team half way through the year, and went out looking at college players.
As a T-Wolves fan, I feel the same way about Kevin McHale. Mayo had better hit the ground running and improve their win total, or McHale - and frankly Hoiberg - could be out the door.
