So, if a player gets pissed in the first half. He can quit, announce a transfer and play for the opposing team in the second half. AWESOME!

Nope, title is completely wrong and misleading, a temporary restraining order has been granted for 14 days. NCAA has already noticed schools that a player could lose eligibility for a year if they transfer under this RO.
