Hope our spikers can dig out another win against Minnesota! IIRC, they beat Minnesota in the tournament last year, correct?

We played really well against Miami, especially in the 2nd and 3rd sets. It's going to be tough to beat Minnesota at home, but if we play like we did last night, then we'll have a shot.

(p.s. I wish the sweet 16 games were on tv)

How does Minnesota always end up in their own regional? Seems bunk to me.

I haven't watched a game on espn3, but it's on the internet so I'm guessing it will be jittery like clonezone...I definately like watching volleyball on tv compared to internet since it's a fast paced game.

I used Clonezone for this weekends VB games. No problem.

Later on in the match, mine would show someone serving and then jump to show another person serving, skipping the point, but I guess it's better than nothing.

Did you look at the regionals?

Lexington - host school Kentucky (in regional)
Gainesville - host school Florida (in regional)
Honolulu - host school Hawaii (in regional)

This is done on purpose by the NCAA in order to increase attendance at the regional sites. If Hilton were to win a bid to host a VB regional, ISU would also be placed so that they would play in that regional (assuming that they won their 1st and 2nd round matches).

Then why don't we? Aren't are attendance numbers pretty good? Hilton is not a bad venue either.

Karma bit knu is the butt. Sweeping a felony hit and run under the rug with the only missing one match. Illinois benefits by getting the easiest regional with no other ranked teams making it..

I'm pretty sure that we are going to host a volleyball regional, either 2013 2014. It was announced like last year... so that's pretty cool.

As long as you have a good connection ESPN3 works great. I watch games on it all the time.
