And the teams reaction. You can't tell me adding flashy uniforms doesn't pump up players and add a recruiting advantage. I know its just Indiana and they aren't a top team by any means, but kids like the flashy stuff!

no one thats commented knows what will work. I tell you something though, if i were a new coach and was hired by Indiana, I would be doing the exact same thing. JP and PR are doing the major hyping in AMES. . . we changed uniforms and all... you need to overhaul it all, get a little lucky and hope that things catch fire. So before the ridicule, just imagine what you would do with the job. My answer is easy. Id do everything in my power to make people excited and work my arse off to see it succeed.
