Nice that volleyball will use the old tennis facility. Are they still practicing in Forker at the moment?

That doesn't look big enough for actual courts. Is this just a weight/training facility? That thing would fit 1 court max and isn't tall enough.

The rendering is just the new building they'll add on that location for a team locker room, meeting rooms, and training room. They are expanding the existing tennis bubble located south of the Research Park at the Ames Fitness South location, and adding half a dozen outdoor courts too.

I'd imagine the Research Park is going to own this property (and lease it back to the university) so they can easily convert it to offices for more tenants if athletic department needs change in the next decade.

What do you mean by don't follow the connections?
Post #7 explained most of it. I didn’t understand why the ISU Research Park came into the equation, and didn’t see what Ames Fitness had to do with it.

Apparently they (AF) own the current bubble…and/or lease it on ISU Research Park land?
