***Official 2017 ISU Football Recruiting Thread***

Today is National CyNing Day. How impressive has the new staff been with recruiting so far? They have assembled a great class in just over two months! The 2017 class should be even better since they have an entire year to work with. As of right now, ISU has offered 105 young men a scholarship for the 2017 class and have a bunch more kids on the radar. Lets all get pumped up for the future of this football program. Over the next year I want this thread to reach 1,000,000 posts! If you don't follow recruiting, change that immediately!

To answer a question in the OP, yes Deshaunte Jones is related to Keontae Jones. Keontae is his younger brother. Would think that gives us a bit of an inside path if we want him.

While we won't really know how the starters will shake out with the new staff, incoming players, attrition etc...based on the '15 depth chart these guys would be the seniors that contribute and are scheduled to be done after '16, gives us an idea what positions might be a priority. LB/DL get hit pretty hard but there isn't a ton else, they should be able to really focus on specific needs:
