He's really good on the right course. Does seem to have the wheels come off at times, and this course could certainly do that to you.

Harmon had several miracle scrambles go for him today. No way he keeps that up all tournament. I'd venture to guess a couple above par rounds are coming his way over the weekend. Just a question of whether some of the big names are too far back.
Sounds like me the first half of the round yesterday. Couldn't make clean contact to save my life. Looked like it was my first time out. Back nine I was splitting fairways and throwing darts. No idea why. Damn this game.
The way everyone finished today really highlights how good Harman has been. I don't think he'll hold it though.

Harman did what he needed to do. I like him, but I was hoping he'd come back to the field just a bit to make it more interesting.
He may come back to earth. Hope not. I will be pulling for him. He seems likable and is very much the underdog!
But I know what you mean. It is always funner to watch a major when it is close between 2-5 players.
According to the R&A it was always The Open and Americans started calling it The British Open. I guess to distinguish it from The US Open
