Yeah, after the debacle this morning, I don't think a DUI would be a good way to close out the day. But hey, Litquake kicks off today! Books n' beer in the Mission district! That will cure the pain.
I will be surprised if he gets drafted, unless he really changes his performance in the rest of season.
I saw two drops that hit him in the hands today, not a lot of passion, and one drop where he was afraid to take the hit. And I wasn't even paying that close of attention. The catch with the facemask ripping the helmet off can't make up for the lack of fundementals.
Hopefully for TB a lot of this is due to his poor throws...
Other than the loss, we have to feel pretty special. I watched the game on FSN North and the things Mack Brown had to say about ISU and Ames was really nice. Not scoring on us at the end was another thing and the whole thing with Chizik at midfield was even more impressive. What a class act Mack Brown is and what an honor for us as Cyclones to have one of his former assistants as our head coach now.
Also here is another positive, since so many people left at halftime, the drive to dsm was quick...
