Who knows... They are a power, but not a major power, so it could go either way with the NCAA. If it was OU, there would be no penalty, if it was Texas they would get 5 extra scholarships.

It is really sad that this is so true. The bottom line is no school can actually follow all of the rules because it is so complicated, and then the rules are applies with a sliding scale, depending on how much money the NCAA makes from the violating school.
