There’s an old ISU vs Iowa video that used to grace the internet. It’s two animated fans with computer narration talking **** - with an Iowa bias. I believe it was called “State of the Nations” or something similar. There’s a Seneca Wallace reference included. It’s a legendary video amongst my friends but we can not locate it online. Does anyone know what I’m talking about or have it saved down?

Sounds like you're describing one of those xtranormal videos that were big a long time ago. I think almost everything from there is gone now unless it got downloaded or crossposted to youtube.
