What does everyone use? I am looking for a new Book, would prefer one that if you withdraw funds more then once a month it cost won't cost you $50. I wouldn't mind paying $20-$30. Also, would like something with good Promos, I bet only Sports and Horses (would like a 7-8% rebate on exotic wagers), so don't care about the casino or poker.
