Could you describe what Rep Power is?

Is the blog section dead?

I am working on a new blog section, that is a downfall of the new system, the blog section in place no longer works. Don't hate me though, I'm working on a new one The rep power will be what people originally wanted for reputation where you can vote on people and rank them. It will be the feature that people have long been asking me to implement. Hopefully it proves usefull.
