Reggie Bush got paid $300,000 for coming back for his final year along with a free house to stay in for his parents. USC found out and tried to hide it. This should warrant the Death Penalty.

I thought Reggie Bush got the house for agreeing to a marketing deal with some company... How is USC supposed to monitor where every player's parents are living and how they paid for it?
How are the police supposed to know everyone who is selling crack? It doesn't matter and responsibility still falls on them when the crack dealer sells it to numerous kids who overdose.
This falls under institutional control.
