While it hasn't happened in a week or so on CF, I usually also get this when clicking links in my Google now news feed on my phone.
It may not be just a CF issue.

Certain porn sites will do that.
I have gotten this I won something spam for a month or so.
Haven't had this issue for awhile, but it has happened a few times this AM.
Been happening quite a bit the last few days.

I got one opening this thread, how ironic. I've won so many prizes today.
