Student tried to sell me his UNI ticket for $60. Granted I already had a ticket, but $60?! Must be a freshman.

You see, he did buy student tickets, but he never "received" them. He didn't know what to do and asked several times, creating multiple threads asking the same question. He clearly did not call the ticket office, as was suggested, resulting in him probably not getting the tickets placed on his student ID. Thus is why he has to buy student tickets off the street.HA! Wow! I hope you (or your parents) have ridiculous amounts of money to just toss around.
For the money you paid for those two tickets, you could have just gotten season tickets and saved $65.
I sold my Iowa ticket my senior year back in '09. I was sick that I had to miss the game (missed soph year due to my ticket being stolen ON THE BUS RIDE TO THE GAME) and got $85 for it. Imagine my laughter when I heard we were losing (and eventually lost) big time.
I paid like $120-$130 for my season tickets that I wasn't sure would be worth it and that one sell made it worth it. So you never know
