I was rather impressed with this piece from Scott Dochterman. He's primarily a TOE football writer, yet did a great interview with Coach Campbell for The Athletic. A healthy dose about the process (tm) again, but there's some good fresh insight about the culture as a whole.
I can't help to think the publishing timing here is not pure coincidence. Pollard must have the athletic department's PR team finely tuned. There's a lot of great material from many different sources (nearly double digit!) over the past few days shining light on the camaraderie amongst the coaching staffs across all sports at ISU.
Note, yeah, it does require a subscription. I do believe The Athletic always has a 7-day free trial offered as well.
