If someone is a T1 or T2 superfanatic, an gets banned for whatever reason, there is no way for that person to log in to stop the board from billing him or her. I once had this happen to me, and I had to delete my checking account to stop the billing. (I was having it billed to a debit card, and my old bank was uncooperative. American National Bank is a bunch of jerks)
