Believe it or not she spent a summer in the early 1970’s-‘72 or ‘73 I think-in the small north Iowa town of Thornton. She was Molly Van Benthuysen then of course and her and her younger brother Forrest lived in town as their dad was a pipeline worker . Played a lot of basketball on the main street basketball court.

And I never saw a thing while it was actually Iowa's players shoving opponents, starting fights, etc.

I stopped watching after the 1st qtr when Iowa had shot 16 fts to PSU's zero. PSU never had a chance. Knew at that point Iowa would win by 40 probably. Boring as F.
