I laughed when he said this Iowa team could make a run and CW pushed back and asked if he actually believed Iowa could go to the sweet 16. Hassell said that’s not what he meant by a run. I know a run for Iowa would be just getting past the first round but what did he exactly mean by making a run lol.
Only one school in the state that will have both their MBB and WBB teams in the NCAA Tournament. That’s an AMAZING accomplishment! Deserves to get a ton of local media attention this week you would think? Right?
Last week Hassel was bragging about how this was hands down Fran’s best coaching job EVER!
