Not to derail the Roehl thread, but official for Taylor Mouser as well.

Here's another one on Mouser, about a year ago?

I wonder if Clanton had any input, having played against him?

I know we want to run the ball. We did spend the first half of last year forcing the run off tackle, when it really wasn't there, it seemed to me. Then the light bulb came on, the OL started making improvement, and we mixed in the passing game. We became more unpredictable and it worked.

I hope we don't waste the first half of this year learning the same lesson.

This post applies to Iowa, I think, especially. Somehow, we need to scheme a way to beat them.

When was the last time we won in Iowa City? It would be very nice to do it this year.

I knew that, not.

Let's make it two in a row!!! I don't think we can count on Iowa just scoring 7 points again.
It seems longer than 2022, since we won in IC. maybe it was because of the Covid year, 2020, where Iowa didn't play us that year? They started a limited schedule later.

A whole lot has happened since then. The hero of that game is now banned from playing NCAA college football and his backup was arguably the best freshman quarterback in the country.
