Look familiar. If my memory serves me correct. OSU had possession of ball out of bounds. Babb gets fouled, but no free throws. Tonight took UNLV committed foul while taking ball out of bounds. Fouled defensive player from Cal. Cal does shoot FT's.

Difference is they said the Cal guy had possession of the ball at the time of the foul.
