Yeah the men's team was going to do that with Chris Street's #40 but I think it lasted for like 4 years... I know Morgan Wheat did the first year and I think Fred had it the second year. Might have been a walk on or two. Don't remember much after that.

They made it all the way to 2008, with only a one-year gap.

But Street tragically died. The worst thing that happened to Clark was not getting a foul called.

Agreed, a totally different situation. They wanted to do that to carry on his legacy. Last I checked Clark is still around to carry on her own legacy.
