meh UNC is overrated and not that good
You just said, "Iowa's path to KSU's in this tourney has been ridiculous. Iowa is going to clean their clock due to payback and team being much better rested."

When pointed out that KSU beat UNC who just got beat by FGCU who Iowa clobbered then all of a sudden it's "UNC is overrated and not that good".

Which is it? If UNC isn't that good then KSU's path wasn't ridiculous because neither Iowa nor KSU played anyone with a pulse in their first game.

That win might move her up the ISU prospects list? Maybe just behind the Freese and Pingetons?
She has been marginal at Mizzou. She is under .500 in SEC play since they joined in 2012. Six WNIT trips and four NCAA trips.

There was some chatter they were going to part ways with her at the end of the 2022-2023 season, but retained her. Her contract at Mizzou runs through 2024-2025.

Heather should get a serious look if she continues to grow and win at Wyoming.

Pingeton lived on recruiting some family members that were studs - think she has been mediocre without them.

Angel Reece returns at LSU.
Morrow played so well at the Cayman Island tournament you almost forgot that Reese wasn't on the team. If Reese has her attitude adjusted properly now, LSU should be mighty powerful with her, Morrow, Johnson, Van Lith and that sensational freshmen Williams who has been playing like a pro. That's an awesome starting five.
