Thats insane. You are probably younger than me. Took me until Tuesday to feel normal after an all day tailgate. Much less run.
I'm 45. I figure if I can do my long runs after drinking all day before then races will seem easy

Any of you East Coast 'Clones like Yuengling? I just got back from Philadelphia and always get a Yeng and a Hoagie.
Really? I was not impressed...maybe I got an old bottle? Or maybe you like IPA's with the deep malt backbone? May have to try it again.Smuttynose IPA Finestkind. Very good stuff.

I have found that running after a night of heavy drinking works really well and feels good. Seems like it shouldn't, but it does.I ran 18 the day after tailgating all day last Saturday. That was all beer though. Carbs... er whatever
Well, I drank half a bottle last night, ran 12 miles today at lunch, drank the rest tonight and I guarantee I'll feel fine tomorrow. So, yeah, I've tested the hangover on this "junk". Stick to your fancy beer if you can't handle vodka.
Trying a little of this tonight. Excuse all the pictures, I'm trying to improve my photography skills.
Damn your cat drinks beer?

That doesnt count. You are a machine. Assuming you get a 1 hour lunch break, that equates to 5 minutes miles.
Thats pretty much all I drink now that I've moved into Yuengling country. Well that and Fireball.
