This was sooo long ago for me, but if I remember correctly, I didn't find out until Springish... I could be wrong though. But, I believe it took some time before everybody got their preferences in and they sorted out roommates, etc.
well, i'll be going to school in the spring. Thats only 3 weeks away

Well, you get your own room, plus a co-ed hallway. The worst thing is that you are south of campus a few blocks. But, a bus stops right beside your place and takes you to campus. Not sure how often it runs through there, but I'd assume its fairly often (like every 10 or so mins).
You're about a 3-5 min walk to campustown/bars.
And if you like disc golf, its about a 5 minute walk as well.
