texas may be better than the jayhawks next yr

Every single year the media is in LOVE with Texas. Even through November and December, they love Texas like none other....then Texas tanks.....

I thought you had to be at a school for a full year before you got to cry at that presser. He was there all of 6 months to play basketball. Get worked in the field of 32 and then go get his paycheck.

Plus he tried to pronounce his name like a frech guy so that might be why he is crying. He probably surrendered to an Agent as well.

Why didn't Brackins have a press conference? I understand it was a bit of a forgone conclusion but why wouldn't he have a presser and say goodbye like XH did?

Maybe it was just the fact that he had so much other talent playing around him but..... I honestly didn't think Xavier was all that impressive. :wideeyed:

Because of the chance he goes late second round or is not drafted at all. Why open yourself to addional criticism when criticism is already rampant?

clearly, his dominating 8 point performance agains Johnny Moran and the UNI Panthers proves he is ready to take on LeBron and Kobe.

Baylor and KState should be the favorites.

Yeah I think so but we still have to see how spring recruiting turns out for the big boys.

Colorado has a shot at making it to the tourney next year as well with Higgins and Burke back, and pretty much everyone else.

and like 06Panther said, if Johnny Moran can hold him to 8pts, i'm sure the likes of kobe, lebron, etc will gladly welcome him to the league.

whoa, there. Jeff Withy a 7' center is back, 6-9 T. Robinson back, the Morris bros back. Then to replace X, there are two redshirts, Mario Little and Travis Releford, 6-5 swingmen. Plus three returning guards with experience in Taylor, Reed, and Morningstar. Don't know who the recruits are, but I would not be picking the Horns over the Hawks just yet.
