I have a bad feeling about the MRI results. It can't be good when they decide to reschedule him for an MRI to inject his shoulder beforehand. My hope is that they learned from their Prior (pun somewhat intended) mistakes and don't rush him back and/or run his pitch count up in the 130's when he does come back

shoulder strain shouldnt be to serious, sean marshall will make two starts in his place and will do fine i think. but seriously, time to go out on the market and get either C.C. Sabathia or A.J. Burnett.... need to bolster that starting rotation. and the bullpen will be fine, marmol has lost his control lately but wood is pitching great, and this is usually about the time of year that bob howry pulls his head out and starts dominating
