I realize we were no longer contending for him but just the fact that we were on him before he blew up is a great sign. G-Mac appears to be great at evaluating talent and forming relationships with recruits early in the process which will help us land a lot of talented players. I really see us becoming a perennial contender in the big 12 with him at the helm.
