I'm using ZoneAlarm Extreme Security. Yesterday I started getting an error message that my anti-virus/anti-spyware was disabled. It gave me an option to click to update and reactivate scanning. I click it and nothing happens. When I open the control center and click on anti-virus/anti-spyware on the left side it shows av/as is turned off. The on/off buttons are grayed-out and I can't turn it back on. WTF is going on here?
