ESPN360 Help

Anybody else having problems with ESPN360? I'm on Qwest but using my ESPN account from a friend with Mediacom internet. After I sign in, I click "Watch Now" and it takes me back to the window where you choose the internet service provider.

I've gotten this to work before. Why isn't it working now?

Click on "Get Access" and sign on with that...then click "Watch Now"...that is what works for me.

...either that or you have used all of your remote access privileges.

I had to sign out and sign back into my account, but I just had my account synced earlier today

Not if you have a remote account. Like I said, I've gotten it to work before.

Clicking Get Access for me puts it right on asking what network I need to get from

Every 60 or 90 days you have to check the box for remote access

I don't know what it is then. It is pretty finicky in my experiences. I should say that I am using a Verizon account which makes you sign into Verizon for access. I know it is different than what Mediacom offers.

I've usually to had log out (top right corner) and log back in for remote access to work. I activated the account while using Mediacom internet and use Qwest usually. Logging out and back in has worked every time though.
