Not only does there students bring it, their whole crowd brings it. I don't know if it's because we have so many gray hairs in the stands unwilling to do a cheer, or our crowd can't put something together.

We really need to change our seating for the student section and put them down the side. When it was behind the visitors bench was when it was the loudest and most intimidating.

Hey it might be gay.. But everyone in that stadium does it. Go down and watch a home football game of theirs. EVERYONE DOES IT. The only thing we have close is Cyclone Power... Which in my opinion should be done after every Touchdown. Iowa does the I O W A around the stadium.... K-State does the k.... S... U.... Wildcat thing. What the heck do we do???
i'd rather do cyclone power than that cheer, thats the point i'm going to make.

Yeah so would I.... I'm just amazed at how many people do that cheer.... Not just students.

Like I said... We seriously need to do Cyclone Power after every touchdown.. That would be tight.

Wiki says they have a 6000+ student section, but I still find it hard to believe that they sell it out every year with student tickets. That is a ton of money for a college kid to pay to see a mediocre football team for 6 games and a bball team for 15-18 games. But if true thats close to $2Mil!!

The problem is we have tooo many big companies that buy those damn tickets in large number. That they never fill them up during non-conference games and during conference games, they fill them up with every gray haired, non-cheering, sit on your hand, fun haters on earth.

This is one of the biggest understatements in site history.

Yeah... Well Manhattan is a hole in the wall... But... Everyone thought Synder wouldn't last long there. Look what he built their the first time and decided to stay. At his age you would of thought he would of bolted for the first big time job offered to him. All he did was stay and kept making that football team better and better.

Also winning helps.... I remember going down there the year before Huggins showed up. It was the most pathetic atmosphere in college basketball. Heck even Carver had more of an atmosphere this year.

Also......... I love there kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu wildcat cheer. Beats anything we do.

Is that what the students chant when the 'Cats hit a three?

I love this idea. You need to start a thread on here about doing Cyclone Power after every TD come late August. This would be awesome.

Well it's more of their football chant after scoring a touchdown....

Here is the football cheer.

If Martin is running a clean program he stays, if not he leaves.

Ot, but is anyone else completely annoyed with Bob Knight? I cannot stand the fact that he thinks he is still coaching behind the mic.:chatterbox:

Doesn't bother me at all. I'm glad someone on the other end of the mic has a brain.

I still would love to hear him commentate a game with Vitale.

"Ohhh are you serio*smack*" "Holy crap do you ever shut up?"

I have read that KSU pays an assistant coach more than ISU pays McDermott way too many times on this board. Frankly, that assistant coach recruits more quality players in 1 year than McDermott does in 2 years. He is worth every penny that he is paid. Experience has taught me that one normally gets what one pays for and not one thing more! Maybe ISU should ante up so McDermott can hire an outstanding recruiter. You all are tired of mediocre basketball teams, correct?

Yeah... But even if he wasn't how long would it take the NCAA to investigate it. USC has been under a microscope for 3 years now, and evidence of violations in both football and basketball.

When will there probation start.

Petey could of been there another couple years before penalties come down. Really didn't see the point of Floyd leaving either. Not like they punished him.

Whenever anyone hits a three the announcer says "(Clemente) foooooorrrr" and the students respond "thhhrrreeeeee"

Excellent. Much like what Broncos fans had always chanted after the opponent went three and out, I now know the answer to this sports mystery.
