I agree that over all, it's probably Horton. ESPN Classic showed the "it's just another gym" game a few months back, and I realized how he's gotten lost in the shuffle over a time a little. I loved him back then and still love how he played the game.
That said, out of the guys on that list, I voted for Staple. Maybe it was his atrocious free throw shooting, but he doesn't get a lot of credit around here for being an anchor for that '05 NCAA run. He could bang down low on the boards, and was responsible for A LOT of 2nd chance points, and timely defensive stops. We haven't been the same since him and Homan graduated.
