Sorry.......I'm not going to fall for this kind of stuff again. I have done that the last 4 years.....especially this last year. You all know the saying about "fool me once....". Well, what does this say......"fool me 5 times?" Should those people just be committed or something?
There was all kinds of hope last year, remember? Some players had left the year before, but ISU got Colvin, MG was very promising, especially after the Big 12 coaches picked him as pre-season newcomer, Dendy looked promising, SC was going to be able to play, CB came back, and players like DG, Buckley, JVB, Ham, Lucca all had another year in the system.
Now compare all that positive information from last year to what we are looking at now for next year. Notice any difference? Hell, we don't even know for a fact yet that people like Dendy and Oliver are going to stick around, or if these JC transfers will even make it to campus.
Look at how positive things were for last year, and how that year turned out. Now look at how negative and uncertain things are for next year, and we should actually even entertain the slightest possibility that things will be all right? Give me a break.

how do you measure it? by the wins and loses? cause they will pack 10 horrible teams like the school for the blind, simpson, and mt st marys to get ten wins. that team was before my time. but im thinking it could be a close game against this team...
o ya you need to change your signiture too, some of those guys are not on the team
I will agree. I don't know if the BB program will ever be that bad again. There was a kid from my HS that walked onto that team and actually got to play some. He was 5' 6", and not a great athlete. Okay, but not great.
Amen. My hope is that some of these "fans" who are threatening to boycott ISU MBB this season will also stop posting about it on CF. Soon.
Well the two Macs do have something in commen. Mainly crappy teams and multiple losing records. Underdog is one thing. Multiple consecutive years of no improvement and losing is another. They certainly both succeeded in this area.
