About 220...but I was an all state track/cross country runner in 2006/2007 at about 205-210, and run my best on hills. Was shooting for 18:xx, 19:xx, 18:xx, 17:xx for each 5K (best HS time 16:12).That's like 6 minute miles right? I could do that for about a block. I'm guessing you don't weigh 240 though.
