Just streamed this from Netflix. Pretty decent flick. I've been looking into getting into brewing my own stuff for awhile. This winter I will finally have an opportunity. I cant even begin to explain how excited I am. The whole attitude of, "I drink it because they told me I'm supposed to, or because its cheap." is what brings me down. It kills me every time my friends grab their Coors and turn their noses up at something new because it "tastes funny". Well, thats because you are used to no taste.
The one part I really didnt like about the movie was the woman who helped start up Sam Adams and was out trying to get her own stuff started. Then by the end of the film she ended up on Bud's doorstep begging for money. I was tired of hearing about her lack of money. "There's only about $23,000 left in our account."...well, maybe in the company's account. She was one of the founders of Sam Adams, you really think she is hurting for money?
Yeah....you're kind of missing the point. Oh well. Just another sheep doing what they're told. :wink:
