Why isnt anyone talking about Penn State beating them? I Say they lose to Wisky, Penn State and Ohio State. With possibilities of Arizona and Northwestern too. AND they have to play Michigan in the Big House.
What he says here is straight comedy:

No way that is accurate. Iowa was up by 10 points against Arkansas St. when they scored a TD with a minute left. Iowa then recovered the onside kick to seal it. Iowa was up by 9 points against Michigan with like 4 minutes left and then gave them the ball back with about 1:30 left. Iowa then intercepted a pass to seal it. Iowa dominated Wisconsin in the second half of that game and won by 10.
I will give you MSU, Indiana, and UNI though. I have Iowa going 10-2 this year, with them going 12-0 if they catch every break and 8-4 if they don't.

Did he put any real thought in any of these predictions? I can make crazy predictions too.

I know one thing. Put your mortgage and your parents mortgage on Iowa losing (or at the very least covering the spread) at Northwestern. That is a lead pipe lock.
PSU isn't very good. no chance.
I got $100 on the Hawks over 8.5 wins. I love my chances but it would be cool to see them only win 8 games. Worth every penny.

This is typical Jon Miller. Preaches that expectations should be kept at bay. Season comes and he lets his Hawk love take over.
Same thing happened in 2005 when he said he would never pick Iowa over ISU at Jack Trice again unless Iowa proved they could win again. He changed his tune right before 2007 and was wrong. Said he would never do it again. Changed his tune right before 2009 and finally was right.
