Glad to see this thread to confirm my suspicions.

Phantom Travel on DG.

UNI player #1 shoves ISU player into another UNI player (#2) and then rubs off him, to receive pass...ISU player who is trying not to fall down grabs UNI player #1 and ref calls foul on ISU.

ISU player reaches for loose ball, cutting UNI player runs into ISU player's arm, ISU player is called for a foul.

I think there were a couple of other phantom travel calls as well.

Wherever I go, there I am.
That travel on DG at the end of the game was absolute garbage. Other than that, I thought it was ok.
Really, so the UNI guy driving in, leaving his feet and landing with the ball not a travel?
Lucas O'Rear throwing Godfrey on the ground not a problem?
Lucas O'Rear rushing for several yards on each play not an issue?
UNI with basically double the free throws, many on ticky-tac **** was not an issue?

Only one comment: homer refs reminded me of those who get paid to ref in Columbia, Missouri. Stunk.

I'm REALLY not the type of guy who gets sucked into the "refs cost us the game" notion, but tonight, I'm honestly at that point. That was complete and utter ******** and it should NEVER be tolerated. Personally, I refuse to play UNI or Drake anymore if the officials are going to be resembling this crew in any way. That was absolutely unbelievable.

Make a real argument instead of crying about the refs like a 13 year old girl.

Our team lost tonight because they didn't rebound effectively, and didn't make open shots down the stretch. It had nothing to do with the refs.

glad your the only person that thinks the refs didnt influence game...

go pick your avatars nose.

I don't understand why people can't complain about refs. We could have made shots, but shots don't always fall. Being an away game probably did more for altering our shots than UNI did, we had open looks. Officiating put the nail in the coffin by putting our bigs in foul trouble early in the game and continuing to make questionable calls. Questionable alming/travel calls should never happen in the last 40 seconds to negate a game tying basket. Add to the fact that the basket was already down by the time the foul was called. The smallest of contact brought a call on our players - contrast with the ESPN games on right now and it is flat our comical.

The refs are in the pathers pocket, protecting their home streak. Any other venue would have resulted in a pather loss. When ISU opened a 9 point lead suddenly the refs decided the game was too physical, coincidence? Doubt it.

ISU will be fine in the Big 12, we'll dominate, make tournament.
UNI will continue to "win" at home but won't make tournament.

Refs should lose their jobs. Freek'n girl refs would have been better.

I hate the 'the refs didnt cost us the game because we couldve played better' line. While yes, we could have played better (obviously) if you were to assign a point value to the impact of the refs to the score, that would be more than our margin of loss tonight, by far.

I feel like a Nebby fan complaining about the refs, but they were TERRIBLE.

Reasons we lost:

1. Rebounding
2. Foul Trouble
3. Poor Officiating

I agree with this in this game for sure.

And yet it's always true. Our board is acting like Nebraska fans tonight. There is not some conspiracy by the Missouri Valley Conference to screw us. We lost because we let UNI slow down the game instead of playing our tempo, we didn't rebound, and we didn't make shots that we've been making so far this year.

We got outplayed, not ref-jobbed.
