And, I think we have a winner...

For me, nothing so far. Family Christmas is tomorrow, so today I just sat around, watched basketball, and played video games... all in all I'd say a successful day.

So basically my unborn baby cleaned up with the gifts this year. Although, the diaper bag rocks. Will they allow them at football games???

We've never had any problem getting into events with a diaper bag, including MLB games. Often times they barely even checked them, just opened it up to see some diapers and sippy cups on top...

I got the greatest present ever from my drunk *** neighbor.

He called the cops on me at 8 pm on Christmas eve. My crime ? His dogs started barking because I was putting Ice melt down on the icy driveway so the family could safely leave.

Apparently the logic goes... my dogs are barking... therefore my neighbor is committing a crime.

You stay classy..

I got a new electric razor, a new matress set for our bet, and last but not least, my wife and I was blessed with a new beautiful daughter born on the 21st.
Congratulations on the birth of your baby! I'd say you're the big winner here.

Mostly gift cards.

I HATE gift cards. First, they are impersonal. It's like giving out money. It doesn't speak at all to the kind of person you are. I like my gifts to be personal, to show how much I know someone. I also hate gift cards because stores love them so much. Of course they love them, because they are an interest-free loan to the store even if they are redeemed right away. They also love them because, about 20% of the time, the giver or the recipient loses them, so they become a cash grant to the store.

My mother-in-law gave me a Hawkeye snuggie. She really doesn't know the difference between ISU and UofI. I re-gifted it to a Hawkeye-loving uncle.

Best two gifts were BB wins over Iowa and the coach who almost killed our program.
