Yeah, whatever.

I'm not saying that our transfers are getting into trouble. In fact, I said just the opposite. Can anyone read?

All these transfers make us a top heavy team in terms of classes. Losing guys like Godfrey and Cook, and replacing them with guys like Clyburn and Lucious is a recipe for disaster. Godfrey and Cook were young talents that we could count on for a long time. Clyburn and Lucious are not.

And now with it being this late in the recruiting season, there won't be anyone Fred can go out and get that won't also be another transfer or JUCO most likely.

I guess we'll just turn into the K-State of football. Just bring in one and two year players all the time and just try to "get by". Oh well... what do I know? Who says you don't build a program like that? Oh yeah... Coach K does.

The two coaches who had arguably as much, or more success, relied heavily on transfers and/or JUCO players (Floyd and Eustachy). And do you really want to compare Duke and its recruiting ability to Iowa State?

honestly, a lot of high school kids might be just as big of risks as veteran guys .... even if they are transfers. So it could honestly be a wash.

Take a chance on a guy who has 2 years to play RIGHT NOW
or Take a chance on a guy who will hopefully be ready to play 3 years down the road (AND, provided he stays out of trouble as well.)

Clyburn and Lucious were recruited and signed a while ago. Are you saying fred knew a month ago that Godfrey was going to be kicked off so he already got his replacement?

Dude, it's weed. In my opinion, it shouldn't even be illegal. Yeah, sucks for C-God & ISU that he got caught with it, but it doesn't make him a bad person.

No, it doesn't make him a bad person, but it makes him a ******* moron because he did it while knowing that if he gets caught he is out. Why even risk it? Does he really need to smoke it that bad? I guess yes. Weed was a bit more important to him than b-ball and ISU. ******* idiot.

These transfers might actually be less likely to destroy themselves, because they know its their last chance.....now or never for them.

The HS kids, think they are invincible.

I haven't been this disappointed since I found out Justin Timberlake planted his flag in Brittany Spears, well until she then shaved her head...

Like most people, he'll regret someday when he's asking people... "Do you want to supersize that meal deal?".

Plenty of people manage to make it four years without ever getting arrested, yet athletes seem to have problems.

Idiots. The worst part is they never end up flipping burgers like they deserve.

They were pretty ******* good from the mid 90's-2003. I'd take that.

But carry on with your "everything is going to hell" routine. You do this in pretty much every post you make.

Yes. There have been rumors floating around that Godfrey wasn't on the most solid ground with the staff for months.

My guess is that Godfrey screwed up which earned him his February suspension. And then didn't fully buy-in to the second chance talk given by the staff. And then an arrest this weekend. And bu-bye.
