No it's not. They have 16 commits so far. They're still looking at players for the 2012 class.
I'm guessing they might have most of their offers out already though. Texas and ATM know who they want and are mostly just vying for the highly sought after recruits. The teams we have to worry about more are the second tier Texas schools; TCU, TTU, BU, and to a lesser extent SMU, and Houston. They are the home state teams that usually jump on our commits later and try and sway them to stay closer to home. You rarely see Texas and ATM jump on a high three star/low four star late, at least not recently.
