The only measurement that counts is heart.Yep, he is listed at 6-1 so I assume he is 5-11 or 6 even. If he was a legit 6-2 or 6-3 he would have a lot more offers. Sometimes I think coaches get a little to caught up in measurements. Either a kid can play or they can't.
I like the look of this kid. Will have to add weight, but what recruits don't? Not too concerned with his height, he has a great motor, great speed, hits hard, no fear, and just looks like a football player. Plus, he's smart. Can't have too many like that IMO.
I hope he keeps his commitment. We are his best offer by far right now, but that might change. Just hope he remembers what BCS coach first believed he could play.
How come after every commit you say things like "I hope he doesn't decommit when he gets better offers". You need to change your losing attitude. Have some confidence.
He's got a thick neck. I approve

This prospect is the prototypical recruit for ISU at this time. He has very good technique for a Junior. He is at the right spot at the right time. He might not wow you with his athleticism but he makes up for it with his hard nose grind it attitude.
Glad he chose ISU.
