That is really sad. On a sidenote... Baylor has just offered them both scholarships for basketball.
Actually if the one gets convicted of a felony wouldn't Fran be on him big time.
Fran understands that youth doesn't own the market when it comes to skill level. 28 year old convicted felons are a commodity these days. You can't find 18 year olds with that kind of "experience".
Yeah... they would be all over him but Baylor is always looking for a good "trigger" man on their squad. They would have a tough choice... both schools like to cover up their athletes criminal conduct but Baylor has experience with crimes involving weapons. Fran will be motivated though to replace his last prisoner that bailed.
Rumor has it that it is much easier to recruit kids through their parole officers then it is their HS coaches.
I'm just impressed that 101 year old lady was up past midnight. Wish her well...the sons not so much.
